Kathleen Bauman joined Pear Therapeutics in 2019 and led Pear’s pipeline portfolio programs prior to joining the Product team. Kathleen brings a wealth of experience in product development, including product management, product design, and program management roles. She has deep experience working with software, as well as medical device products during her 12-year tenure at GE Healthcare.
While at GE Healthcare, Kathleen led releases of GE’s radiology information system product and image archive system product and was responsible for incorporating Agile methodologies while maintaining compliance with medical device regulations. Also while at GE, Kathleen led the Integration Management Office responsible for creating the new GE Digital business unit and subsequently drove development and growth of critical capabilities necessary to operate as a digital industrial company at scale.
Kathleen earned her BA in Chemistry with a specialization in Biochemistry from the University of Virginia.
